My therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral (CBT) techniques. Psychodynamic methods allows us to address the thoughts and feelings that are the genesis of the problem. Very often these thoughts and feelings are rooted in your early life experiences and continue to influence your life today. Working through and resolving these early-life issues is critical to helping you improve your functioning in every area of your life.
As each individual is unique, so must be the treatment. Therefore, the the type of treatment we implement (psychodynamic, CBT, Ketamine or combination) is determined by the appropriateness of the technique to your needs.
My journey in mental health began with a strong desire to offer tailored care that truly meets the needs of each individual. My practice reflects the cultural diversity of Los Angeles and California and my clients represent a variety of nationalities, cultures, religions, professional and vocational backgrounds. When the pandemic hit in 2019, I adapted by shifting entirely to telehealth, allowing me to continue offering support in a flexible and accessible way.
